Tensile
The ChemInstruments Tensile Tester is a versatile instrument designed to test a variety of materials. This single screw universal tester offers a wide range of testing capabilities, including: tensile, elongation, modulus, lap shear, peel (180¨¬ and 90¨¬), unwind and tack. It is designed to meet the test method requirements of: PSTC; ASTM, TLMI and more.

The two line LCD displays the average, high and low values.

Separation speed: 1.0 to 25 ipm (2.4 to 64 cm/m).

Load cell choices (listed below) are accurate to ¡¾ 0.1% of their rating.

Pull strength: 250 lb. (110 Kg) maximum.

Maximum testing span is 32¡± (82 cm) minus the length of the grips.

Data Acquisition System
The ChemInstruments EZ-100 onboard acquisition system is a state-of-the-art force measurement package that combines accuracy with ease of use.

With optional EZ-Lab system software, Tensile Tester transfers test data and parameters to your connected PC.

Displayed test values are selectable in grams, kilograms, ounces, pounds or Newtons.
