Adhesion / Release
AR-1000
(AR-2000¸ðµ¨ º¯°æ ¹Ù·Î°¡±â)
The ChemInstruments Adhesion/ Release with Digital Display is designed to perform PSTC, ASTM, TLMI, FINAT, and AFERA adhesion and release test procedures. It is the most versatile peel tester on the market.
The ChemInstruments Adhesion/ Release basic design was created over 15 years ago as an improvement over the TLMI release tester. The machine evolved from input gathered by technicians involved in Adhesion and Release testing all over the world. Since its' introduction, it has become the standard in many plants and laboratories from all corners of the globe. This is due to the Adhesion/ Release's ease of operation, reliability, simplicity of repair, and affordable price. Coupled with the Data Acquisition System and EZ-Lab software, the Adhesion/ Release has become an integral part of network data collection and analysis.
Pull speed and test angles are adjustable to meet the requirements of PSTC 101 (A, B, C, D, E and F) and 4; ASTM D 3330; TLMI L-IA1, L-IA2, L-IA3; AFERA 4001 P11; and FINAT FTM 1-6, 10, and 11 .

Data Acquisition System
- The ChemInstruments electronic data acquisition system is a state-of-the-art microprocessor controlled force measurement package that combines accuracy with ease of use. This system simultaneously controls test motion, reads the force of a test from a load cell, digitally displays it, and stores the data in its memory.
- Records 400 data points per second during a test interval
- Displays the average, high, and low measured force results immediately upon completion of a test
- Stores data from up to 20 tests, allowing for quick review of previously recorded values
- Export data by RS-232 connection to a local PC with our EZ-Lab software
- Displays test values in grams, kilograms, ounces, pounds, or Newtons
EZ-Lab
- EZ-Lab Compatible Remote setup, operational control, and enhanced data collection are all possible when coupled with our EZ-Lab data management software. This application requires an external PC.
