Hiresta-UP 언제 어디서나 고저항 범위내 표면저항과 체적저항을 정밀하게 측정할 수 있다 . 공급 전압은 1000V 까지 증가되며 , 측정범위를 확장할 수 있다 . 5.7 인지 LCD 모니터로 쉬게 작동을 할 수 있다 . RS-232 를 통하여 PC 에서 원거리 작동을 할 수 있다 . MCP 프로브는 원터치로 작동 , [ Ω],[Ω/sq], 및 [Ωcm] 를 바로 읽을 수 있다 . 샘플의 크기와 모양에 대한 제한이 없다 . 프로브의 선택에 따라 저항계수를 자동적으로 설정한다 . 1000 개의 데이터 저장 메모리를 가지고 있다 .
