PBS-4100 WinPBS technology makes the Series IV rugged, reliable and accurate while the Digital Data Interface software package makes integration with your test cell system easy. Acting as a vibration data server, the PBS-4100R Series II will be your complete vibration sub-system.
The PBS-4100R Series IV is a complete data acquisition and vibration analysis system in a single package. Integrate this unit into your test cell system and have the ability to collect up to eight channels of vibration data, and have real-time vibration, speed and phase data, along with broadband, tracked, filtered, and spectrum and waveform data available to your host computer more than 10 times a second. Designed for engine test cells, this system includes everything required for vibration data collection and analysis including tachometer signal conditioning circuitry.
Use the PBS-4100R Series IV to quickly collect transient and steady state vibration signals from aircraft engines or other critical machinery at all operating conditions. Commands from your host computer will select the specific engine type you wish to test, plus a unique dual processor architecture that ensures all critical engine data is quickly and accurately collected. Vibration surveys, frequency spectrums, analog proportional DC, and even raw voltage values can be acquired using the PBS-4100R Series IV. When needed, this system will trim balance engines quickly and easily. Both single and two-plane balancing capability is included.
This system can also be used in a stand-alone mode, with the addition of an external video display, keyboard and mouse. Digital interface to a host computer can be added later, as needs require. If desired, both the local operation mode and the remote data server modes can easily coexist and run simultaneously. |
