Provides all software, inputs, outputs, and features to allow 100% automated surface finish measurements. Can be configured through software for high speed scanning measurements of large moving surfaces or measure individual parts moving past the measurement head.

Can be triggered by inputs from process or by LASERCHECK SURFACE MEASUREMENTS / OPTICAL DIMENSIONS Lasercheck control software. Numerous output and display formats for monitoring surface roughness being produced.

· -Accepts simple “contact closure” triggers from process to start, stop, and save measurements

· -Real time software graphic display of roughness

· -Results can be automatically saved in ASCII file formats easily input to SPC & Process software

· -Outputs include computer RS232, failed part trigger, analog (0-10V or 4-20 mA current loop)
