Proximity Sensors

Start, Stop, and Save Sensors, Electronics, Software & Hardware

The sensors are pre-wired with connectors to plug in and integrate with Lasercheck A Model Controllers and software to automate starting, stopping, and saving measurements.

Particularly useful in high volume operations where parts can be conveyor fed past the Lasercheck for 100% automated surface inspection.

File Storage

Windows File and Data Transfer Software

Allows transfer of stored measurements in Lasercheck B Model controller to host computer in ASCII text file format for easy input to SPC, spreadsheet, or related data storage programs. Custom setups and periodic software upgrades can also be easily transferred from host computer to controller.

Consists of software installation program and custom cable set that interfaces between data port on controller and serial port on host computer with 110 or 220 VAC power adaptor.

Certified Surface Roughness Specimen Plates & Certificates

Lasercheck calibration is checked prior to shipment. Options for fast and easy periodic checks and annual certification are availability to maintain NIST traceability and ISO compliance.

Surface Roughness Specimen Plates and annual certificates for Lasercheck® Surface Roughness Measurement Gages. A certificate with actual roughness values measured with NIST traceability is provided.

Alignment Fixtures

Cylindrical Alignment Fixtures for 6212 or 8826 Measurement Heads

These easy to use fixtures allow fast simple alignment of cylinders and shafts of any diameter with the model 6212 or 8826 Lasercheck measurement heads.

The 6212 series V-shaped fixtures are easily adjusted to accommodate different diameter parts. The 8826 series feature spring loaded legs to accommodate different diameter parts. Both are made of delron plastic so they will not scratch or damage your surface.
