The ColorQA Pro System III

ColorQA Pro

ColorQA Pro System III is a quality control Windows based application specifically designed to be interfaced to a ColorQA color reader. Color data can be entered manually or directly measured using the ColorQA.

System includes:

  • ColorQA with True Color Sensor (TCS), USB
  • PocketSpec Pro III Software
  • USB cord and accessories

System performance:

  • Software is supported by Windows 2000 and Windows XP
  • Measures and compares a Target (Control Color) to a Sample
  • Comparisons shown in XYZ/ Yxy, L*ab/L*ch, Std. RGB, Std CYMK
  • Pass/Fail criteria set up by user
  • Textiles: Averaging function allows the user to take any number of readings and average for use with materials that have a natural color variance
  • Readings may be saved for record keeping and may be exported to an CSV file for data manipulation in programs such as Excel
  • No factory calibration needed for the instrument. The user may perform calibration routine.
  • Remote readings may be taken and they may be typed into the software fields and then color data may be obtained with the software
  • More than one instrument may be supported by one software application
